All showroom visits and order pickups are by confirmed appointment only. Please do not arrive until Iron Discipline has confirmed that your order is ready and approved your pickup date and time.
After your order is prepared, we will contact you using the email address or telephone number provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for bringing a suitable vehicle and any straps, blankets, assistance or other equipment required to transport their purchase safely. Iron Discipline personnel may not be available to load every item.
Local delivery is available for a flat fee of $100 to eligible ZIP codes in the Greater Houston area.
Local delivery will appear during standard checkout only when the delivery address is within an eligible ZIP code. Delivery availability may depend on the size, weight and quantity of the products ordered.
Delivery includes transportation to the address provided with the order. Unless specifically agreed to in writing, delivery does not include assembly, installation, upstairs delivery, interior placement or removal of existing equipment.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and that doors, hallways, elevators and other entry points can accommodate the equipment.
We will contact you after the order is ready to arrange a delivery date and estimated arrival window. Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed until confirmed by Iron Discipline.
Someone authorized to accept the order must be present at the delivery address unless other arrangements have been approved in writing.
Please inspect the equipment when it is picked up or delivered. Report visible damage, missing items or incorrect products to Iron Discipline as soon as possible and include photographs when applicable.
