These Terms and Conditions govern your use of irondiscipline.us and purchases from Iron Discipline LLC. By using this website, placing an order or requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website or place an order.

Iron Discipline LLC sells fitness equipment and provides appointment-based showroom pickup and local delivery to eligible areas.

You may use this website only for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security
• Access accounts, systems or information without authorization
• Submit false, fraudulent or misleading information
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or disrupt the website
• Misuse product images, descriptions, trademarks or other website content
• Place fraudulent orders or engage in payment abuse

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe the website or our services are being misused.

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing and availability. Product colors and appearance may vary because of lighting, photography, displays, manufacturing changes or other factors.

Product photographs may include accessories or surrounding equipment that are not included unless expressly identified in the product description.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, weights, specifications, quantities and space requirements before purchasing.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax and delivery charges are calculated during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, inventory or product-information errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact the customer to confirm the corrected information or cancel and refund the affected order.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when Iron Discipline confirms the order and payment is successfully processed.

We may decline or cancel an order because of inventory limitations, payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors or other reasonable business concerns. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount through the original payment method.

Payment is due at checkout unless Iron Discipline agrees otherwise in writing. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Customers represent that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate.

Applicable sales tax will be added during checkout. Tax calculations may depend on the products purchased, delivery method and destination.

Customers claiming a tax exemption must provide valid documentation and receive approval before the applicable purchase is completed.

Free showroom pickup is available by confirmed appointment. Customers must wait until Iron Discipline confirms that the order is ready and approves the pickup date and time.

Customers are responsible for bringing a suitable vehicle and any straps, blankets, assistance or equipment necessary to transport their purchase safely.

Local delivery is available for a flat $100 fee to eligible Greater Houston–area ZIP codes.

Unless specifically agreed to in writing, delivery does not include assembly, installation, upstairs delivery, interior placement or removal of existing equipment.

Customers must ensure that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for the equipment ordered.

Customers should inspect products at pickup or delivery. Visible damage, missing components or incorrect products should be reported promptly.

Products delivered with damage or a manufacturing defect must be reported within seven calendar days of delivery or pickup.

All sales are final except where applicable law requires otherwise. Iron Discipline does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, insufficient space or transportation issues.

An order is not canceled unless Iron Discipline confirms the cancellation in writing. Orders that have been prepared, processed, picked up or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.

Iron Discipline provides a one-year limited warranty covering eligible defects in materials or workmanship during normal, intended use.

Warranty coverage is subject to exclusions and claim requirements described on our Product Warranty page.

Fitness equipment can cause serious injury if assembled, maintained or used improperly. Customers are responsible for:

• Following product instructions and safety warnings
• Proper assembly and installation
• Inspecting equipment before use
• Providing appropriate supervision
• Keeping the surrounding area clear
• Discontinuing use when equipment appears damaged or unsafe

Consult an appropriate medical professional before beginning a new exercise program when necessary.

The Iron Discipline name, logo, product branding, website design, photographs, graphics and written content are owned by or licensed to Iron Discipline LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or commercially use this content without prior written permission.

The website may use or link to third-party services, including GoDaddy, GoDaddy Payments, Google Pay, mapping tools, social networks and communication providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Iron Discipline is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or error.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Discipline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from website use, delayed availability, improper equipment use or matters outside our reasonable control.

Any liability relating to a purchased product remains subject to applicable law and the written warranty accompanying the product.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding relating to these terms or a purchase from Iron Discipline will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Fort Bend County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Changes apply to subsequent website use and purchases and do not retroactively reduce rights that have already accrued under applicable law.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
