PRODUCT WARRANTY

Iron Discipline provides a one-year limited warranty on its fitness equipment, subject to the terms below.

The warranty begins on the original date of delivery or showroom pickup and continues for one year.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal, intended use of the equipment within the warranty period.

For an approved warranty claim, Iron Discipline may provide replacement parts, arrange a repair or replace the affected product, as determined by Iron Discipline based on the nature of the issue and product availability.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic changes that do not affect product operation
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or accidents
• Improper assembly, installation or maintenance
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Rust, corrosion or deterioration caused by moisture, outdoor exposure or improper storage
• Damage caused while moving or transporting the equipment after delivery or pickup
• Damage caused by use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose
• Lost or missing components after the customer accepts the order

Consumable and wear components may naturally require replacement during normal use and are not covered unless they were defective when delivered.

To submit a warranty claim, email sales@irondiscipline.us and provide:

• Customer name
• Original order number
• Product name
• Description of the problem
• Clear photographs or video showing the issue
• Any additional information reasonably requested to evaluate the claim

The customer must stop using equipment that may be unsafe until the issue has been evaluated.

Iron Discipline will review the submitted information and determine whether the claim is covered. Additional inspection may be required.

Warranty service does not extend or restart the original one-year warranty period. Replacement products or components remain covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

This limited warranty is the exclusive written warranty provided by Iron Discipline, except for rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
